A Message from Our Founder

Finding an apartment in Japan can be summed up in one word: challenging. Having gone through the grueling process firsthand, I made it my personal mission to bridge this gap for international newcomers. That’s why we launched our mid-to-long-term housing services, with our current focus on supporting international students arriving in Osaka.

What truly sets us apart is our deep commitment to human connection. Our core team consists of expats who have walked in your shoes and successfully built lives here in Japan. We don’t just hand over a key; we care deeply about how you adapt and thrive. From navigating complex milestones—like visas, banking, and understanding subtle Japanese social nuances—to daily routines like managing the local waste sorting system, we are here to guide you. Most of our accommodations are styled as sharehouses. Here, you will have your own private space, alongside a vibrant communal area to share meals, watch movies, and study together. We strive to foster an environment of genuine mutual support. You’ll never walk alone.

In a bustling metropolis like Osaka, the transit system can be a maze for newcomers to figure out. If you’ve already secured your school or workplace, let us help you find the ideal neighborhood. When curating our properties, our absolute priority is safety, followed closely by transit convenience—because value means nothing without peace of mind. No matter where you are in your journey, feel free to reach out. We’re ready when you are.
